Does partial accessibility float the ethical vote?

This is an important question to ask because most companies customer interfaces are not fully usable to any given disabled customer compared to their average customer.

What effect does partial accessibility have on shopping behaviour?
If you are shopping and know that behind that locked door there are others getting bargains would you accept that or not?

One thing’s for sure, trading on a message “accessibility is important to us” rings thin and how long companies can sustain believeability in this, with their customers inclined to an ethical vote, is an aspect of inclusion policy that i’ll be pursuing…
